GRAHAM Investment Projects
Managing director
John is the Managing Director of the GRAHAM Investment business and Director of Corporate Development for the GRAHAM Group.
He has more than years’ experience across investment, property development and construction, leading some of the UK most sustainable developments, with values in excess of £400 million.
John’s role in corporate development includes chair of the GRAHAM ESG steering group. GRAHAM has delivered a reduction in carbon emissions of 13% in 2022/23, and is on track to meet 2030 Net Zero targets. This has been achieved despite the continued growth of the business with turnover now exceeding £1 billion across the UK. The Group’s environmental ambitions are matched by a social economic contribution of £426 million, delivered across a portfolio of projects within local communities.
““I think Recharge is one of the most interactive and interesting events I've been to for some time. Made new friends and business contacts. Loved it.”
Iain Murray, Senior Director BTR Consultancy (Europe), Cortland Consult
