Serviced apartment charter adds 35 signatories from around the world

The industry definitions charter created by Serviced Apartment News and HVS has welcomed 35 new signatories over the last 12 months.

Signatories to the charter, which was launched by Serviced Apartment News and HVS at the 2014 Serviced Apartment Summit in London, now number 118 and collectively operate more than 320,000 units - more than a third of the entire global industry inventory.

Many of the largest brands in the world are represented, including Marriott's extended stay flags, The Ascott, Frasers, Oakwood Worldwide and Quest Apartment Hotels, as well as numerous small and medium sized operators from Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the US and Asia Pacific.

The new names on the document include Synergy Global Housing, City ID Group, Miami Corporate Rentals, World Fashion Apartments, Forenom, Villas Salvi, Flying Butler, Apts Columbia, Amrath Aparthotel, Yonge Suites, Suite Hub, Skyla, Prime Residential, Stay At, Rafael Kaiser Premium Apartments, Park Regis Birmingham, VIP Corporate Housing, Destiny Scotland, The Dunes Hotel Apartments, The Barons, Pinnacle Furnished Suites, Dusit International, Unlimited Directions Kenya, First Choice Corporate Housing, The First Group and Stow Away.
