If successful, a vacant 0.5-acre brownfield site at 111-113 Tooting High Street will see the construction of a 221 room aparthotel with a café and restaurant, plus a rebuilt community club house and outdoor public green space.

London Hotel Group (LHG) has submitted a planning application for a 221-key aparthotel in Tooting, south London.
