Leisure facilities include a 22-metre heated indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and fitness centre.
Guests will also have access to AVANI's signature 'Forget Me Not' amenities, which include yoga mats, GHD hair straighteners, international power adaptors, and sewing and dental kits.
AVANI will also be opening AVANI Broadbeach Residences on Australia's Gold Coast in December 2017.
