June opening for Dream Apartments in Liverpool

Belfast-based serviced apartment operator Dream Apartments is to open a 50 unit property on Liverpool’s Water Street next month.

The one- and two-bedroom properties have been built to service the corporate and leisure guest, with many featuring private roof gardens and panoramic views across Liverpool's skyline. The development is expected to create 20 new jobs.

Dream Apartments managing director Tom Smyth said: "I'm thrilled to celebrate our first year in business with the launch of this fantastic new Water Street development which will enable us to meet the demand for luxury, high-end, fully-serviced apartments in one of the UK's leading business destinations. Liverpool is a global city, with a forward-thinking perspective and exceptional economic strengths. Blue-chips, start-ups, entrepreneurs and emerging talent are attracted to Liverpool by investment opportunities, business benefits and a fantastic city to live, work and socialise in."

For me, the most important thing is the networking. My business is in a small city and you need to be in an environment with people that are talking about ideas, giving you a new perspective. The workshops are also like having a family where you can talk about your main issues and they will understand.
