Goldman Sachs buys Wembley BTR assets from Quintain Living

UK: Goldman Sachs has acquired the Montana, Alto and Dakota BTR buildings at the Wembley Park estate in north-west London.

The buildings, which were developed and operated by Quintain, comprise 261 units which will be managed by Tene Living.
