Flying Butler announces three new London and SE properties

Flying Butler Apartments will add three new locations to its portfolio this summer.

The first of these is a new conversion of a listed building in York Street, NW1, close to Baker Street underground station and Marylebone.  The second development is in Ealing, containing 11 apartments and includes a luxury gym and sauna.  The third development is the recently completed conversion of a hotel in Farnborough, Hampshire, into 14 luxury serviced apartments.

The company says: "Each of the buildings is either newly built or extensively renovated to Flying Butler's exacting standards.  All offer modern, healthy and comfortable living spaces, with the highest standards of fit-out."

Peter Strafford, director of Flying Butler, said: "Flying Butler's portfolio expansion reflects its growing ambition in the UK market and matches guest demand. Because these buildings are brand new, we have been able to specify the fit-out to the high standards for which the company is well known."

Recharge for us was that gathering of highly skilled professional individuals...and a true opportunity to spend 24-48 hours with these guys, build relationships, build a true understanding of how the different sectors within this hospitality world operate.
