Cuckooz launches its biggest London property to date

London apartment provider Cuckooz will launch its latest apartments in a former Art Deco cinema in Old Street next month.

The restored building retains its original facade and features interiors by Gavin Van Rood and Conran. It will be home to a new arthouse cinema on the ground floor, with apartments (a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units) above, all equipped with Apple TV, Netflix, complimentary high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi and Simba Hybrid Mattresses.

Cuckoo co-founder Fabienne O'Neill said: "Building upon our existing relationships with businesses like Amazon and TransferWise, we couldn't be more excited about launching our apartments in this landmark development next month. With the cinema on the ground floor showcasing only arthouse films and a new restaurant, the building is perfect for our guest demographic and a great addition to our portfolio."

Cuckooz' portfolio now includes apartments in Aldgate East, Kings Cross, Shoreditch, Hoxton and Mansion House.
