The units range in size from 22 to 58 square metres. The lease contract with KSW Group Leipzig was signed in April by CEOs Jörg Zochert and Matteo Ghedini. The pre-contract and opening arrangements have been handled by Benjamin Djebali, head of acquistion at Brera Serviced Apartments.
The property is located on Großen Fleischergasse 19 and will open in autumn 2019 after a part demolition and reconstruction of the existing building.

The historical building will include bars and restaurants as well 49 serviced apartments.
Brera Serviced Apartments was founded in 2013 and operates a total of 140 apartments in Frankfurt, Munich and Nuremberg.
