Aparthotel planned for Polish winter sports resort

JHM Development has launched its Apartamenty Zakopiańskie development in Zakopane, a winter sports hub in southern Poland.

The aparthotel, with 241 units, will be one of the largest projects of its type in Zakopane. The building will feature a spa zone, a gym, a ski room, a reception and a children's playroom. The developer will also operate the property.

"Zakopane has been one of the most popular resorts in Poland for many years. Thus rental prices are high and holiday apartments sell well. This, combined with the strong demand for these types of products, led us to choose Zakopane as the location of our new project," said Regina Biskupska, the CEO of JHM Development.

The project will be located at ul. Szymony 17E, 800 metres from the town's railway station. All the units, which are for sale to retail investors, are to be turnkey finished, with the building itself to be completed in 2020.

“The last two days have been great. There’s been a really, really diverse group, but not such a large audience that we couldn't get to know each other and really spend more quality time together. I was really excited to hear that Recharge rotates around to different markets across Europe. So it will definitely be on my agenda for next year.”
