Director of International Business

John is director of international business in Portugal’s valuation and advisory department. He started in 2007 with CBRE and is now responsible for coordinating a team that provide real estate advice to banks, real estate institutions, companies and government institutions on a national and international level. Prior to working at CBRE he worked in Edinburgh for DTZ. John has more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate sector. More recently he has focused strongly on the living sector and appraises PBSA assets throughout Portugal on behalf of international investors and banks. Recently, he has also been involved in the valuation of flex-living schemes, senior residences and residential development projects.
