As Institutional Business Development Advisor at Joivy, he currently leads for the Iberian region the real estate expansion of the management platform and the capital markets efforts for large-scale deals. Previously, he has advised on a wide array of client strategies across all the main real estate segments at Savills Portugal, CBRE Chile and Situs UK, as well as an independent advisor. He was an early adopter of the coliving and flex living business model, co-founding in 2018 Escala Humana, the first coliving for digital nomads and flexible professionals in Chile and one of the first in Latam. Horacio holds a Master in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge.
