Experienced managing director with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry, hospitality industry and hotel management. In 2013, Jouke Baaima cofounded Corporate Housing Factory and shortly thereafter its second label; ServicedApartments.nl - helping corporate clients find temporary housing in the Netherlands. The serviced apartments in their portfolio aim to fill the gap between a long-term rented residence and a hotel room. Prior to starting 'the factory', Baaima worked in hotels and hospitality operations management in Amsterdam, London and New York.
