Dominic has a wealth of leadership experience in the world of hospitality with a highly successful career spanning over 33 years. Living in four continents and seven countries across the globe, Dominic has led hotel and serviced apartment Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and Operations in the UK, Asia/Pacific, USA, Caribbean, Latin America and the United Arab Emirates.
Dominic enjoyed a long and successful Marriott International career for over 26 years. Most recently as Market Vice President - UAE managing a large portfolio of hotels across the Emirates. Previous roles include: General Manager, JW Marriott Hotel Dubai; Head of Sales (Asia Pacific) for Hilton Worldwide, based in Singapore, heading up luxury and global sales and distribution across the Asia Pacific region; Regional Vice President - Sales and Marketing (Asia Pacific) with Marriott International based out of Hong Kong; and Regional Vice President - Sales and Marketing (Caribbean and Latin America) based in Florida.
Prior to these positions, Dominic held several Sales and Operations assignments in the UK and Europe. Born and raised in New Zealand up until the age of 22, Dominic now lives with his wife Emma and four children in Surrey, England.
